The Sazerac, created and perfected in New Orleans. Rye with a coating of absinthe, Angostura and Peychaud's bitters, a crushed sugar cube and lemon twist. With Peggy as my model, this photograph was just as much fun to make as the Sazerac was to drink. So good!
