I’m old enough to remember when whiskey wasn’t cool. During the 80s and 90s, it was too heavy, too old. Your grandfather drank whiskey. My god, the world was dumb and missing out. Whiskey is a complex drink, created for complex people in complex times. It is sophisticated and yet approachable. More important it has taste and isn’t that the most important thing for beverages? Sure hydration is important and water has that covered. But when you want taste, reach for a whiskey.
