With the name Von Trapp you have to avoid the temptation to break in to song. They do make a real solid Oktoberfest. I’ll have to try some of their other beers or better yet make the trip to their brewery in Vermont. The “leaves” are tortilla chips from Trader Joes. The goal of the photograph was to say “autumn”.
